If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for a Size/Colour Exchange or Refund within 14 days of the delivery date of the order.
/ EXCHANGES & RETURNS FOR NEW/FULL PRICE ITEMS.
Returning an item cannot be any easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to make the exchange or return. We will pick the package up from your home, work or an alternative address for free.
Shipping is free on all exchanges in the EU. Customers outside the EU are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
/ SHIPPING COSTS FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide return labels or product changes for orders placed from the following countries:
- Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland and Romania .
- Countries outside the European Union.
/ FOR SALE, OUTLET OR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges on sale, outlet or discounted items. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the transport company. All other conditions shall be similar to those of new/full price items.
Refunds shall be made using the same method used to make the initial payment, or as a credit to the customer’s account for future purchases at clic-shoes.com.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales tax will be refunded.
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through CLIC-SHOES.COM. However, you can receive a refund by contacting directly with your local customs office.
/ OUR RETURN POLICY.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all CLIC-SHOES tags still attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will be not accepted and will be returned to the customer.

/ FREQUENT RETURNS.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do track the number of returns made by our customers. Continuous returns are marked and will be potentially rejected at our discretion and can result in the closing of your CLIC-SHOES.COM account.
/ LATE RETURNS.
Your purchase must be returned within 14 days after the receipt of your order. Any returns made after this period will be accepted at the discretion of CLIC!-SHOES.
When trying on shoes, make sure not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must include the box, as they are considered part of the product. Place the shoe box inside another box to avoid damage during shipping.
