3. Applicable taxes.

The prices of the items displayed on the "CLIC-SHOES" website include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Purchases made by individuals domiciled in Member States of the European Union are subject to VAT.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the UE may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for a Size/Colour Exchange or Refund within 14 days of the delivery date of the order.

Returning an item cannot be any easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to make the exchange or return.

We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the transport company.

Clic can also help you with the return if you are in the EU.

The return will have a cost of €20 that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. You can request this option in the email and we will send the return labels to your email.

For returns outside the European Union and the Canary Islands you can send an email to and check the price of the return, if you agree with the agreed price we will send the return label to your email.

Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through CLIC-SHOES.COM. However, you can receive a refund by contacting directly with your local customs office.


All items must be returned new, unused and with all CLIC-SHOES tags still attached. Returns that do not comply with our policy will be not accepted and will be returned to the customer.

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do track the number of returns made by our customers. Continuous returns are marked and will be potentially rejected at our discretion and can result in the closing of your CLIC-SHOES.COM account.


Your purchase must be returned within 14 days after the receipt of your order. Any returns made after this period will be accepted at the discretion of CLIC-SHOES.


When trying on shoes, make sure not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must include the box, as they are considered part of the product. Place the shoe box inside another box to avoid damage during shipping.


6. Deliveries.

Through this Clic-Shoes system, it makes shipments to its customers through different transport companies.

For standard deliveries, the approximate delivery time is 3-7 days worldwide, once payment for the order has been received. Delivery times are estimates only.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Thursday may be sent on Monday, as they may be retained over the weekend by the delivery company.


7.Exchanges and returns:

Exchanges and returns. Free package pickup throughout the EU.
Return and/or exchange costs are free within the EU. Outside the EU, these costs are paid by the customer.

We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges on sale, outlet or discounted items. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the transport company. All other conditions shall be similar to those of new/full price items. See Exchange & Return Policy.

7.1. If you are not satisfied with any of the articles received, you can return it for free within the EU within a maximum period of 14 days. To return your order:

7.3. If one or more of the products received do not correspond with your purchase, we will send you the right products or refund the corresponding amount.

7.4. Clic Shoes will accept returns provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with. In this case, once the goods have been received in their original packaging and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. Please note that Clic Shoes will incur any shipping costs for returns from within the EU. For purchases outside the EU, these costs shall be paid by the customer.
